We build the value chain in stages.
Labl Fashion first works with responsible suppliers. More processing moves in-house only after demand, finance, technical capability, environmental approvals, quality systems and safe operating capacity pass defined gates.
Then
Labl Farms aggregates and gins cotton and develops approved organic-dye feedstocks and processes.
Next
Labl Fashion establishes weaving and knitting to make its own fabrics.
Integrated
Fabric is dyed and finished with approved Labl Farms dyes, then converted into finished garments.

Every accepted order needs a viable specification, schedule, cash plan, labour standard, evidence route and margin—not simply available sewing capacity.
Product development
Brief, technical pack, material choice, sample versions, fit and signed approval.
Responsible supply
Supplier due diligence, traceability, incoming checks and corrective action.
Production
Planned capacity, lean flow, safe work, in-line inspection and controlled rework.
Release
Final quality, packing, evidence, delivery terms and non-conformity records.
Labl declines orders that cannot meet quality, safety, labour, evidence, cash or margin requirements.
Circularity that can be verified
The QR record keeps the product connected.
Eligible products carry a durable QR-linked record for origin, care and repair. A customer can request a return after use; Labl records receipt, inspection and the selected route.
