Rooted in rural Kenya · Connected to East Africa and global markets

From regenerative land to responsible fashion

Making fashion work better for everyone.

Labl Group is building a traceable, regenerative and increasingly integrated value chain—connecting rural Kenya, ethical production, circular products and global markets.

One connected system

Farm to fashion—and back again.

We connect regenerative agriculture, responsible sourcing, ethical manufacturing, digital traceability, market access and circular product stewardship. Each stage is designed to create useful evidence and more shared value.

Why rural Kenya?

Production rooted close to people and place.

Our initial Labl Fashion facility, located in Voi, Kenya, brings farming, demonstration, production and community enterprise together. A Nairobi office connects that rural capability to customers, finance, governance and partnerships.

Tourism at Sagalla

Connect a Tsavo journey with fashion, land and living culture.

At the foot of Sagalla Hill, the Labl facility offers a future place-based experience combining responsible production, locally guided hiking, community knowledge, regenerative farming, heritage, meals and meaningful exchange. Visits will be small, scheduled and designed to create fair local benefit.

Two specialist arms

One group. Two independent operating companies.

Labl Group sets the shared strategy, market architecture, digital system and impact framework. Each arm remains responsible for its own specialised operations and legal obligations.

Market strategy

Kenya first. East Africa next. Global by proof.

We are building a diversified customer portfolio across Kenya and East Africa, using the Netherlands as a gateway to wider EU markets and entering the US gradually under rules in force at shipment.
