Labl Fashion delivery model
Labl Fashion takes commercial and operational responsibility for garment production. Capacity expands only when skills, demand, quality systems, finance and environmental controls are ready.
During the early phase, approved suppliers provide compliant fabrics, trims and services. Supplier due diligence covers origin, quality, labour, chemicals, delivery and documentation.
Customer briefs become technical packs, costed samples and controlled small batches. Fit, construction, performance and buyer feedback are recorded before scale.
After Labl Farms develops cotton ginning and organic colour, Labl Fashion plans spinning partnerships, weaving, knitting and controlled dyeing capabilities to produce more fabric locally.
Durable design, care guidance, repair, take-back, reuse and repurposing are connected to a product identity and QR journey.
Production enquiries and orders are managed directly by Labl Fashion.
Customer delivery
Labl Fashion supports small and medium brands from product definition to repeat delivery, while progressively localising capability where demand and controls justify investment.
Translate the customer idea into specifications, materials, target cost, volumes, lead time, evidence and circularity requirements.
Use digital product development, costing, pattern work and sampling to resolve fit, construction and quality before production.
Run controlled small batches, capture worker and buyer feedback, correct exceptions and approve the scale gate.
Manage production, quality release, logistics, traceability and after-use learning for repeat orders.
Initial garments use qualified responsible suppliers. As the value chain matures, Labl Farms will support cotton ginning and qualified organic dyes; Labl Fashion will then develop weaving, knitting, dye application and increasingly integrated garment production.
